We trusted Joe to be fair and honest, and he absolutely was. When it came time to sell our condo, we didn’t hesitate to call him again. He gave us great advice, kept us focused during a tough market, and offered creative ideas to truly market our place. I would absolutely recommend Joe to anyone looking to sell.

We had moved out of state prior to selling, and he went above and beyond in taking care of all of the details necessary to sell a home. Communication was excellent, which we greatly appreciated. Requested termination of contract and copy of original contract as this realtor gave me a BLANK copy. He was pushy and utilized unethical tactics(pushed properties he represented for double commission instead of those I was interested in). Ignored request but proceeded to give unsolicited and condecending advice via text messages. Had to call broker emerge to request documents and he has still not provided them. Will be filing formal complaint with realtor association as I feel some articles of conduct have been breached. Please stay away.

Joe’s a dynamo! He’s good at going the extra mile which is a big help when the road gets bumpy. He’s good at smoothing things out.
