We worked with Mr. Speakman to rent a property. He placed his sign at the property and, by his own account, received nearly 35 calls per week over a two-month period, yet the property remained unrented. That, however, is not the primary issue. The real concern is that he decided, without any discussion with the homeowner, that he no longer wished to list the property. He then came to the property, removed his signs, and proceeded to ignore calls and text messages. When contacted from a different number, he answered immediately, only to falsely claim that his signs had been repeatedly stolen and that he no longer wanted to serve as the listing agent. At any point, he could have contacted us directly and handled the matter professionally. Instead, he chose to avoid communication altogether, which was both unprofessional and disrespectful.

After casually perusing Zillow for a few months, my partner and I visited an open house in the Circles. Requested termination of contract and copy of original contract as this realtor gave me a BLANK copy. He was pushy and utilized unethical tactics(pushed properties he represented for double commission instead of those I was interested in). Ignored request but proceeded to give unsolicited and condecending advice via text messages. Had to call broker emerge to request documents and he has still not provided them. Will be filing formal complaint with realtor association as I feel some articles of conduct have been breached. Please stay away.

Way above and beyond... sincerely impressive. I cannot adequately express how much Joe knows his stuff. Joe was the first to contact me after I made an online inquiry about a property. He was able to accommodate my schedule as my wife and I were coming into Columbus from out of town. Over the course of our 3 day trip Joe showed us 8 properties, answered all questions, gave us a tour of Columbus and it's neighborhoods, made recommendations and eventually won us an offer on a condo.
